NYS Waxing License Course
Located on Main Street, Flushing, New York, Tinny Beauty is a New York State licensed school with an approved curriculum in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Specialty, Waxing and Permanent Makeup.
NYS Waxing License 75 hours,$250
A 75-hour course approved by the New York State Education Department. Having completed the course, the student will be eligible for taking the "Waxing" examination conducted by NYS Licensing Department and obtain the "Waxing" License.
The tuition is $250.
Experienced Waxing Technicians can have the course hours reduced to half. The tuition will be pro-rated.
The curriculum includes:
- Professional Requirement --- 10 hours
- Safety and Health --- 20 hours
- Skin Structure, Disorders and Diseases --- 10 hours
- Removal of Superfluous Hair --- 35 hours
Language of instruction available : English, Chinese & Korean.
